Chicago Invester looking to start investing in Milwaukee
I live in Chicago and am very familiar with the good/bad neighborhoods in here. I bought my first property in Chicago with a VA Loan by "House Hacking". I am looking to invest in Milwaukee as the Chicago Market is very expensive. I was hoping some members could give some insight on the better neighborhoods to invest in Milwaukee and which ones to stay away from. Any input is appreciated, Thanks!!
