Milwaukee County - Median Sales Prices are up 7.8%

Median and average home prices are up significantly year over year in Milwaukee. The historic overview from the Milwaukee Metro MLS shows that we are approaching 2007 levels. This is interesting, because on a national level we have hit 2007 highs already last year in fall.

Investors beware -  values are developing very different depending on the ZIP code. For example some zip codes are up 8 or 10%, some are flat and a few have lost value. Feel free to reach out if you are interested in a specific area.
