Milwaukee Vogel Park Neighborhood Question
Hi Everyone!
Working some leads here in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Just got a lead on a property in the Vogel Park area on 91st right between Appleton Ave and Tipperman Airport. Anyone have any experience in this neighborhood they can share? Would be looking to flip the house. Property prices seem okay. Trulia map is spotty light blue out to the north east but this neighborhood looks good. Any feedback would be appreciated as I live in Milwaukee but don't know this area well at all.
