Finding deals Ontario
Hello everyone,
I have been actively looking for single and multi family deals. For single family I have been looking for fix and flip projects. For the multi unit I'm also looking for properties I can add value to thru rehab/raising rents, additional units, storage, etc. Mostly just whatever is on the market is what I have been exposed to and seem to have no found anything or have been out bid on most "good deals". For single family flips I am looking in Hamilton/Brantford/St. Catherines. For the Multi unit I am looking at Hamilton/Brantford/Kitchener(KWC)/London/St. Catherines. I've reached out to realtors to send me pocket listings but most of them set me up with whatever comes on market. If anyone can help me out on finding deals. Please msg to discuss.

- what is your budget?
- are you willing to partner up and use leverage to access more deals?
- are there other areas that you'd like to possibly make deals work if the numbers work?

@Mike Oliveira I wanted to post something similar in the forums, but encountered your thread. Were you able to find good deals in Ontario?
I know of a good facebook group facebook.com/groups/187408415358352/, a couple of wholesalers (Matt Mckeever, Aaron Moore), but I still feel like I am not getting enough exposure to off-market deals. Any insight from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
