Amazing Contractors in Toronto - Any good referrals?

I am meeting with potential contractors to complete three major home renovations in the Scarborough area.  

I do not need a handyman currently (though references for those are great too for the future): I need someone who is insured that can complete full gut renovations to plan. 

Anyone have any suggestions for reliable, efficient and quality contractors servicing the East end of the GTA?
