Laid off from 14 years at a job, working 100% commission and earning the most I've made ever in only 6 months last year (2022, over $200k). It was a J O B. Not much fun, but I was great at connecting with others, being ethical, and true to my word. I researched new directions in life that would allow me to help others and remembered how much I love real estate. Pace Morby Started popping up on social media feeds. I even had to make the effort to figure out how to connect with his unknown program. I signed up to learn about Subto and real estate investing, but what I received was 10X better: the Subto community.  Endless support to succeed with like minded people and mentors from all levels and backgrounds that can help us through all the ups and downs. It is truly a great and immeasurable family to be a part of!  Worth it.

I heard that listings are expiring because sellers' expectations have not caught up with the downward trend of prices.  Colleagues are also telling me they are renting out their homes because of the market shift. We're going to be able to help solve many problems. :-)
