Just received "the book on flipping houses"

After hearing many good reviews on the book of flipping houses I decided to order myself one and it came in the mail today. I have to say it's pretty addictive. Been reading it for a few hours and realized I've read over 100 pages already. It's definitely a good book for a beginner like myself trying to get started into flipping. I give it an A+ so far
