Cris Chico, Christopher Seder and Kent Clothier (Pros/Cons)

Hey there everybody!

My wife and I are looking to get into virtual wholesaling and were interested in Cris Chico's VirtualWholesaling.com training, Christopher Seder's VirtualFlips.com course/system and Kent Clothier's various products and software. And we were just curious to know if anybody here has any experience (good or bad) learning from these RE gurus/experts.

Any input on these or any other virtual wholesaling resources would be greatly appreciated.

@Justin Archer - Hi, I purchased Chris Seder's Virtual Flips course, about 8 weeks ago, and I'm using the info to wholesale remotely in Florida from New Zealand.

The course has a huge amount of content, is well written and is easy to understand. 

I've been very motivated by the course, to the extent that I also purchased another one of Chris's courses - "Find Deals or Die" which was also good value for money!

As with any course, book, mentoring program etc., if you're not intending to use it to actually get out there and make a start, it'll be worthless, but if there's even a shred of "I REALLY want to do this" in you, the Virtual Flips course is an excellent place to get the education you need! 

As a final word, Chris is also excellent in getting back to you for support!

Personally, I highly recommend Chris's material !
