I am new in the real estate investing, and living in Seattle where price to rent ratio is high, want to explore buying foreclosure property.  Any recommendations  of books that I can read up and where to start?

I would start with checking in with Vestus or East side funding right there in Seattle both of them have the foreclosure system down pat.. excellent way to start.. they do all the heavy lifting you only need 20% cash up front they bid they then put HML on the property etc.. you don't have to take the HML if you have the cash.

In your area of course its cash on the barrel head at auction.. and the auctions are every Friday.

YOu will be surprised at the competition as well.
