Any sucess with Stone Equity Group in Mission Viejo, Ca?

I am considering buy a rehab investment property through the stone equity group (heard about through Marshall Reddick) has anyone had sucessful/failure with this group. I am told you can buy a home for about $27,000 and rent or land lease for around $500.
