The Kaldis Group in Houston Texas

Has anyone ever had any contact with The Kaldis Group?  I just got a call from their president, Constantine Kaldis, asking if I was interested in a position with them of "Real Estate Manager".  I get a feeling it is just a sneaky way of trying to get me to sign up for some course or mentorship but I wanted to know if anyone else has had experience with them.
