ok so I must say I went through the 40k flip program, now I have done a few flips but I am always trying to learn something new. The information was put together very well and would answer a lot of questions for the new to novice investor. You also get access to freedom lending which I haven't used yet because I have private funds that I work with, but the process is fairly easy. I have spike with them about the process.
