Brian claims that he's "never had to refund a student's fee". This is true!

.. not because they haven't asked, but because he pulls the classic 'bait and switch'; gets you sold on his bs program, gets your fee upfront...  and once you find out his 'coaching' is a crock of crap.. he keeps your money. BE WARNED.

Lloyd I am in no way defending him. blowing off appointments is not right.

I was more curious as to where you were getting stuck.. I did a few hundred of these over the years.

But I know I am a crappy teacher, but I am a great closer. so I would never try to set up as a coach.. I have thought about it sure.. but at the end of the day I think I would fail.

Sounds like you need role playing.. and objection handling techniques.. you may find sales training course to help you there.. I know that's were I learned my craft.. I learned from land salesmen who can sell anything.. to anyone at anytime.

during our weekly sales meeting an hour was spent on  " Hey my client said this" and the pro's would chime in well then you need to counter with this '  its all about sales techniques at this level.

Anyone can send out mailers and or get appointments in front of potential clients but can you close..

I listened to about 5 minutes of Quarles pod cast and THAT GUY can sell and close.. not sure how in depth he went into it on the pod cast but you may want to look him up..

teaching the nuts and bolts of a certain transaction and  Closing skills are two distinct diciplines..
