CRASH BOOM! by Greg Rand anyone read this yet?
I bought this book yesterday. What intrigued me about it was that it has a copyright of 2011 and it seems to go into good detail about what happened to the housing market in the last bubble burst and whats to come in the very near future. I was wondering if anybody else has read this yet and what their thoughts were. I'm not a finance guy so this book might be redundant for the educated minds but so far I have to say I am enjoying it.
