Audiobooks platform help

Hey all,
I love audiobooks and took advantage of the sale yesterday.  The only trouble I am having is getting them in a useable format.  I was hoping to just download to my phone and play with music app or get them onto Audible someway, but am having no luck.  Anyone have any suggestions?

Yes. I have to say definitely a big “boooo!” (with 4 “o”s) to BP for making it a non user friendly format. I am currently going to attempt to use VLC player to listen to them. I’ll let you know how it goes.
