Has anyone bought the overages blue print by Bob Diamond? If so, has it worked for you? Was it worth the $1500?

I haven't bought the course.  However, I know many investors who have done overages at one time or another.  I am also good friends with someone who owns a foreclosure company.  It's not as easy as it sounds.  It will take time & legal expenses to actually collect the overage. It works but most choose other primary strategies for making money
