BREIA or the NREIA boot camp for $795- worth it?

The Broward Real Estate investment Advisors are the local investment club here in South Florida. They also opened a Miami office. They offer a weekend bootcamp for $795 and claim to be totally legit. Does anyone have information? Thanks!
