Hello,

My interest in RE investing has changed to a more long term focus, so I'd like to know more about the strategy for buy and hold. I'm also interested in short sales because it sounds like a nice way to get good deals (though some people here seem to think this method is not that viable? I guess I'll see)

So can anyone recommend a good book for either of those subjects?
