Can anyone recommend an investor-friendly real estate broker in the Corning, NY area? I am familiar with the area to an extent and am after buy-and-hold residential investments, both single- and multi-families.

I'm an investor in this region and a popular broker in the area that is supportive of investors is Art Ambrose with Realty USA. His office is in Elmira but he represents the southern tier of NY and Finger Lakes. If you have any questions about the area feel free to reach out.
