Looking for realtors that work with investors in Buffalo area

Hi guys,

I am a fairly new investor living in Toronto, ON. I have recently been looking for income rental properties in the Buffalo area and would really appreciate any suggestions on great realtors who work with investors and preferably are investors themselves. I am looking to acquire either a couple of single family or a larger multifamily in B/C class neighbourhood with low crime rate. Any input is appreciated :)
