Hello fellow Westchester Investors. I am starting out to 'officially' attaining my first investment property. I am looking for local lenders and banks to form a relationship with on a face to face basis. Any recommendations or good experiences?

Preferably in Westchester County, Rockland County, Lower Hudson Valley in New York, North New Jersey or Western Connecticut.
