Im looking to purchase condo properties via Auction..What is the experienced investors thoughts on this website: http://www.browardhomeauctions.com/

As a relatively new investor, what should I take into consideration before going this route?

My experience of buying condos through auction is that it can be a risky process especially if you are not allowed inspect the interior of the property before you bid.

All the insurance in the world cannot compensate for poor diligence. Your access or lack thereof to inspect the property has to be reflected in your maximum bid amount.
