I'm looking to ask LPs and/or GPs or just anyone who has invested in someone else's deal. Does having a website really matter I'm looking to get into multifamily however I focus on genuine connections/relationships. Whenever you vet a sponsor do you really care about their website or is their Social Media presence good enough.
