Does anyone use Connected Investors iPin platform to pull leads?

I recently purchase the connected investors iPin platform that is similar to prop stream, batchleads, or flipster. I am wondering if others have used the iPin platform and what is their opinion on the system? I was attracted to it because it comes with the phone numbers and it calculates an ARV for you. Any opinion or feedback on the platform is greatly appreciated.
