Anyone using AI for your real estate biz?

I keep hearing about ChatGPT and other AI tools and how they can be a huge shortcut in time for administrative tasks like writing descriptions for real estate listings, blog posts, etc. Are there any investors or agents here that use AI tools in your real estate business?  What do you use and how has it affected your life?

It’s an accessory for me at this point in time. I use it when I am stuck on how to write an email etc but have not used it more than that

For blog posts it’s very generic. I can tell there are people using it now on BP and not putting human tough to it so it reads to blah…

I use Housie.ai to generate rental descriptions. Looks like they tailor made it for real estate
