What are your favorite websites/apps to manage your property?

I own 2 rental properties but travel for work.  I'm a travel nurse.  Thus, I'm trying to find a convenient way to accept payments and transfer the payments to pay the mortgage.  I really would prefer not having family drive around to pay the mortgage.  I heard Innago is good.  I'd prefer free options.  Any advice?
