The cutting edge of AI for real estate has developed to automate time consuming processes for Agents. AI can now handle all of the following 24/7 and instantly:

-Personalized Lead Outreach

-Appointment and calendar scheduling emails

-Lead Scoring

-Follow up Campaigns

-Live CRM updates

-Update Texts to you

-Chatbots for your website that handle FAQ, Property recommendations, Lead Intake, Appointment Scheduling, etc.

Automations like these save hours, and help gain clients as well as close deals. The tools are out there now, and utilizing them will give you the upper hand in this competitive market.

Honestly, I’m starting to feel like AI is being shoved into every corner of real estate (and everything else). Some of it’s impressive, but not all of it feels necessary or sustainable. For those educated on this, how do you tell what's actually useful automation long term vs. what’s just trendy that might fizzle out?
