What is the best property search platform?

Hey fellow Investors,

Doing a survey on which search property platform is the best one to use? I have tried many different sites and have subscribe to few of them but I want to narrow it down to 1 I can use for my search. I am currently searching through propertyradar.com and rebogateway.com. what's your opinion?
