Smartmove WEbsite not working for me

So I signed up for Smartmove and created an account. Now I try to login and it says my id or passwprd are incorrect. I called the help desk, and he reset password. I use the new password and still nothing. The help desk says must be my machine. It's not. Itried a different machine and same result. What website does not allow you to log in?
