Good morning, This is a question  I think for the real estate agents. If you are going to  hire someone to video tape properties for listings, would you pay them a flat fee per video or should the price be based on the size of the property? This is for Oregon in case that is relevant. Thank you.

I am not a realtor, but know quite a bit more about media and production. For the sake of simplicity I would go with a combination. I would have a flat rate, but separate tiers for different property sizes. For instance:

3 Bedrooms & Less: $XXX.XX
4-6 Bedrooms: $XXX.XX
Etc.

Just my two cents, but I think people will be more interested (and you can gauge effectiveness) if they know the price up front. Definitely do not pay by the hour, but that's probably obvious.
