Automated phone call
I'm sure I am not the only one with this issue. Each month I get stuck making several dozen phone calls to remind tenants to pay their rent. I would like to figure out a way to do an automated recorded call to all of my tenants on the first of each month.
Has anyone tried this? What service would you recommend?

I'd recommend call fire. One of their main features is "Notify customers of upcoming billing dates or past due invoices"
They're easy to use and very feature rich.
