The Uber of home repairs

The company/app is called Homee. I believe they are just in parts of Florida. I've used them once. I love the concept. Some pros: billed for exact time contractor is at the house, before/after pictures of job, easy credit card payment, reviews, property management option in account, investor friendly, ability to save favorite contractors, licensed & insured checked by Homee Cons: not widely used yet so limited available contractors, contractors don't typically have their phone in their hand to answer the call/alert quick enough. Overall I will probably not use this service on a regular basis as I like to use the same guys as much as possible when I have someone good. But as a last minute need I think it's a great resource!
