Who here, specifically flippers and whole sellers, use social media (Facebook, Instagram Etc.) for marketing.  How do you utilize it, what platform do you use, and what key words do you use to market?  Who do you market to?  If you are trying to target people who need to get rid of their house, what do you do to connect with these people (through social media)?
