Looking for some help here on what reporting systems investors are using to analyze performance of portfolios. I'd like to be able to show our investors the following:

Asset growth (rents & appreciations)

Expenses

Income

Market comparisons (what are assets like mine getting in the market?)

Vacancies (and potential lost income as a result)

Any and all feedback is welcomed!
