Podio is where it's at. I use it for my tax firm and real estate. 

For real estate I think it's totally worth it to just get the wholesale hacker build for it. Worth to value to just have it ready to go. (You can search it)

Podio can be kind of a pain to get everything setup, having it done for you means you're not wasting time figuring all that back end stuff out.
