Rental spreadsheet for taxes

G'day,

My wife and I are new to real estate investing and are about to close on our first investment property. I would like to know if anyone on here has any advise and/or spreadsheets they use to keep track of all their income and expenses. I've looked on excel for a template of some kind but haven't been able to find one geared towards rental properties. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
