Best tech for new wholesaler
Just starting out. What software/tech would you recommend to get a jumpstart on wholesaling.

Probably not what you want to hear, but when first starting out don't worry about tech. That's premature optimization and a way to avoid/procrastinate doing the hard things first.
Go drive for dollars to find leads, knock on doors, and call people. Only then should you build systems around the things that are painful for you.
