Lead Routing for Realtors

I am in need of a lead routing software for a real estate brokerage. Right now we have to manually call our agents on a round robin system. We are having a hard time because sometimes the agents don’t answer and we have to keep going down the list. This takes up too much time and our leads need to be assigned ASAP.

I would love to have a system that broadcasts to all the agents at once and then an agent accepts the lead. I already use a CRM to track our leads. I am just in need of a system for an agent to accept the lead. Any suggestions will help. Thanks so much.
