What Syndication/Fund Management Tools are best?

Hi!

What software/tool would you recommend to use as a Fund/Syndication Manager to Manage deal flow, investors, reporting, fund raising, etc. I am looking into AppFolio as an option but I am having problems differentiating other options. Also, justifying $500/month doesn't work unless I am managing several syndications at a time and for the time being there is only one fund. Curious about what you guys have found useful.
