Real Estate Markets Data / Analytics

Hello all,

I have been trying to study new real estate markets, as I believe the one I live in is declining in population.  Outside of the census, how does everyone find statistics on population growth, job growth, average rent prices, and other trends about a city of interest?


Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
