Advanced condo conversion/multi unit condo sale analysis software

Is anyone aware of a solid tool that is more advanced than the big name cloud based software out there that can do the analysis and generate a report for potential buyers.  I do a large volume of zoning work and permit for myself and other developers and seeking something that also will generate a non formal offer memorandum or marketing offering.  Almost a blend of builton/property metrics etc.
