Maintenance Workflow System

Hello,

We own 90 apartments and are expanding. Currently use Cozy. I'm looking do set up a workflow system for maintenance possibly using a Virtual Assistant or call center. Not convinced I want to go with Buildium or Appfolio or any software like that. My tenants and plumbers aren't the most computer savey. Thinking about upkeep Software . Any thoughts?
