Solution for Mapping Addresses

Greetings all.

I have a commercial tenant who is looking for properties within a mile from a specific competitor and is also outside of 5 miles from any of their own current locations.  I have a list of addresses for both the tenant and the competitor in RI, MA, and NH.

What kind of solutions are out there for me to be able to upload both sets of data and map them out so we can begin to search for any properties that satisfy that criteria?

Ideally, I'm looking for something scalable incase future requests like this come along for other commercial tenants. Otherwise I'd just take the few hours it be to print out a large map and thumbtack the locations manually.

Thanks in advance.

Eric

Since nobody replied, maybe nobody has an answer. Incase anyone does look this up in the future here's what I did to resolve this.

I used a web parser to extract all the addresses in the state for 2 different competing tenants. I was able to put those in a csv file and used ArcGIS/QGIS to load the locations. Both programs allow you to create radius buffers around select points. I made 1 mile radii around 1 tenant and 5 mile around the other.

The resulting maps make it clear where to focus and what we can eliminate.
