We use social media to market OHs but this has not yet proven itself to be effective... this could just take increased ad spend and consistency to be effective but time will tell.

Our best OH marketing results come from reaching out to active Realtors in the area i.e. text/email blasts, phone calls. We specifically target Realtors who have closed on deals in the same area of the OH within the last 6-9 months.
