Good Morning All,

In about a year I would like to start my real estate investing by financing (FHA) an owner occupied duplex in Palm Beach County, FL. I would greatly appreciate some recommendations for good local lenders to work with.

@Melvin List , Hi Melvin,  I was told is best to work with a local lender.   I see you're in Tampa.  Are there any that you would recommend in my region of the state?  

Good morning @Aneita Williams . I recently closed on my first Duplex off of Palm Beach Lakes blvd. I would be more then willing to assist you with finding the best rental markets in the area.

How has the duplex worked out for you? About to make a purchase myself in the next 3 months. Would love some insight from you.
