Rental Applications-What do you use?
I'm looking to find out some information about where those of you who self manage or are involved in property management, you get your rental applications. Do they come from sites online, do you create them yourself? What about applications for properties you manage at a distance? Is it all with paper applications that are scanned and faxed back and forth? Thanks in advance for your help!
