Any good reccs for closing lawyers in Asheville?
I've been buying, selling or refinancing something or another about once a month lately, and have had trouble finding closing attorneys who are available and reasonably dependable. Anyone know a good one that likes to work with investors and can do cash closings on a reasonable timeframe?
Thanks y'all!

Hey all,
I wanted to update this post as I've used several of the names here and over the past year I've started working with Lancaster Law Firm. I've had a great experience with them.
A few things I felt like they've done better than others:
Communication. They've done much better communicating with myself, clients, and lender than others.
Overcoming obstacles. They've worked to find and assist with solutions to get deals to close.
Speed and flexibility. My understanding is that they do title work in house vs hiring it out. This helps with speed. They also electronically record after closing vs sending someone to the court house This allows for more frequent same day recordings.
*I know this is an older post, but it's not far from the top and is a good topic/resource for locals. It will come up with a search. I only give recommendations to "vendors" and "3rd party services" if I'd personally use them again.
