Building a Team in the Quad City Area
Hi Everyone,
I wanted to reach out to folks in the Quad City area and introduce myself. My name is Craig Herrmann and I am interested in investing in the area with a focus on multi-family rental properties. I am an architect from Massachusetts but have potential investors and business owners that live in the area. I'm new to real estate investing but have over 30 years of design and construction experience.
I am looking to building a team in the Quad City area and would love to hear from anyone interested in possibly working with me, or you just want to introduce yourself and share what going on for you.
