youd Get way more cash flow at 30 year loan instead of 15 year loans . Even at what you listed though it doesn’t look to be a bad deal for what your paying .your taxes seem a bit high for such a cheap property though . Vacancy ought to be 8% not 5% but your miscellaneous repair should overlap that .
