One of my private investors had this lot he purchased back in 2012. He didn't know what to do with it because of it's odd location and the shape of the lot. He showed me the survey of the lot and I proposed to him to build a SFR on it. After he slept on it the next day he told me lets get it done. This build took me 28 days for permits and 7 weeks to finish. The following week he had it sold with a nice profit at the back end of it.
